This Episode

In today's episode, we listen to Zachary Burton, a leader in the mental health space who very openly shares his experiences learning about his mania, psychosis, and mental health challenges as he faced a crucial point in his academic journey. We listen to how this changed his life so radically, and I talk to him about what kind of impact that journey can have on us.

We also learn about how such intense experience can also lead us down new paths, and understand his journey through the lens of founding his creative business in the mental health space, called Manic Monologues.
