Learning to draw with graph paper

I had a picture of a page of graph paper and the sense of someone learning to draw using the lines to give guidance in proportions. This reminds me that we have specific Godly guidelines in life but that our individuality and personal circumstances influence how we operate within those guidelines. We are learning to navigate life within the guidelines. I further think on the encouragement of Proverbs 22:6 which tells us that when we "Train a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not turn from it". Similarly, whilst we are learning to explore and be Christlike, but making mistakes, we will settle into being the person Jesus Christ wants us to be.
