Learning To Fail

Most people don't talk about failure. It seems to cause havoc on our self-esteem. Failure is growth and learning happens when you fail. It's always easier to find out why something failed than how something succeeded. You get to see what didn't work and change it and maybe do it even better the next time. Doing the same thing over and over again is the definition of insanity. Failure is a word that means you have produced a different result than what you originally had planned.
