Why is it so hard to forgive yourself? How do we manage the feelings of guilt or shame over the mistakes we have made? We tend to hear a lot about forgiving others but we usually don’t hear too much about forgiving ourselves. Being that this is our last LoveLink episode of 2022 we thought we’d change the tone of our conversation a little and focus on self-forgiveness.
