KEY TAKEAWAYS We should never chastise someone just for trying to find a solution. Asking questions and finding answers is the way in which we can make sure that health and safety remain relevant. Blame is seen as a solution, and this is unfortunate. Blame doesn’t make the problem go away,. Discovering the root cause can ensure we don’t fall into the same trap twice. Learning from accidents and nurturing a better culture, ensures our safety, and that the workplace is far more pleasant. BEST MOMENTS ‘I see this is a real honour, to be able to spend time talking to some of the most amazing people around the world’ ’There’s a real benefit to thinking about new approaches’ ‘Don’t be afraid to wrap up health and safety differently.
