After 15 years of being a part of the legal industry and working for several national and local nonprofits...Susanna decided to make a change in her career path. At the beginning of the 2013, she began to do some serious soul searching and wanted to find a path that could make the most impact in the current society. She realized that one of the biggest decisions in a person's life is buying a home, and wished to be a part of making this dream a reality. Susanna is currently the National Sales & Leadership Coach for Watters International Realty Systems. She began her career as a buyer agent and has been in the industry for 9 years. As a result of her perseverance and hard work, she climbed up the career ladder and is now serving as a coach for sales and leadership helping real estate agents to reach their goals and achieve success.
