Leaving it at the door…🚪

Somethings are better left behind us, not everyone needs to know what’s going on with you. See I’m the kind of person who keeps it all to myself, and for that reason is to protect myself from those who feed off other’s suffering. No matter what setting I am in I always leave my problems at my door when I am going into another door. Finding ways to discipline myself by staying true to me, separating my emotions, and using logic to get me through the pain. I refuse to spiral into something I hav no control over.
