 Youth Podcast Project is a new and exciting initiative to create a joint media projects between Communications Department at Sapir Academic College in Israel and Connect Institute & MAHIR Centre in Morocco. In this applied learning project, the students engage in producing different media deliverables, Podcasts and Digital Magazines, on topics which are relevant for the two countries. This project involves journalistic research in both countries and mutual visits for collaborative work. This collaboration promotes innovative and creative thinking in a global and relevant context and greatly contributes to the deepening of the intercultural perspectives on both sides. The following project of podcasts in English were created by joint working groups of Moroccan and Israeli youth, involving students and faculty from both institutions. It enables students from different social background to engage in an innovative and intercultural creation. Young people face different challenges in the course of their life. Among these challenges: the obligation and/ or choice of leaving their homes looking for personal space and independence. This podcast evokes this subject by telling the stories of a 25 years old israeli college student from Sapir Academic College and 23 years old moroccan from MAHIR Center - Connect Institute at the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University. They both have different experiences with the topic that they shared sincerely in this podcast project.Created by: Bar Elbaz & Ayman Errahimi
