Dr. Junaid Niazi is a board certified internist and pediatrician who works as a primary care physician for a large healthcare organization in the upper Midwest. Part of his time is spent as an Information Services Medical Director working on optimizing the EHR for physician use and patient care.   As of October 2023, his primary care group is now the largest private sector union in the country, and he serves on the bargaining committee.   He is married to a pediatrician and has two young children.   In addition to the above roles, Junaid is also a physician life coach and the entrepreneur behind Prosperous Life MD, where he coaches physicians on all things wellness, productivity, business, and careers.   He runs a group coaching program called Charting Conquered where he helps physicians complete their charting at work and has helped over 400 physicians & APPs reclaim their time at home for themselves.   Junaid wants to help more physicians stay in medicine, if they choose, because everyone benefits the more of us stay in medicine.
