In this meditation, I guide you through a Lectio Divina practice using the phrase: “Love one another as I have loved you.”Lectio Divina, meaning “divine reading,” invites us to listen deeply to a short passage, allowing its meaning to unfold within us, not through analysis, but through reflection and presence.We begin by settling into the body and the breath, creating a space of stillness and openness.
