Roberto Arlt nació el 2 de abril de 1900. Vivió, escribió y murió rápido: el 26 de julio de 1942. Hace ocho décadas de su muerte. Pero la lectura de sus aguafuertes nos revela, siempre, un mundo conocido y familiar; ecos de un pasado reciente, tan cercano y presente todavía hoy. En estos diez episodios vamos a recorrer una selección de sus aguafuertes que nos hablan sobre un territorio que es el fin de una ciudad, el comienzo de una provincia y una larga extensión  bonaerense. Todos estos textos aparecieron en el diario El Mundo entre 1929 y 1941. Algunos de ellos fueron publicados después en diferentes ediciones; otros no han vuelto a ser reeditados hasta la fecha.
