Lee Corso’s Emotional Airport Reunion | Durham News

Kirk Herbstreit reunited with his longtime College GameDay partner Lee Corso—now 91 and retired after 38 seasons—in a heartwarming airport meet-up, even as Corso braved a thunderstorm to drive over. Despite physical challenges, Corso’s mind remains razor-sharp, and their emotional conversation—filled with nostalgia and affection, including Corso calling Kirk “my guy”—moved Herbstreit to tears. They spent about 20-30 minutes reconnecting, proving age hasn’t dimmed Corso’s legendary presence. The duo also teased the new CELSIUS partnership for this season, which promises exciting activations. Listen in comfort: Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
