Let us know with a quick text!Lee Moons talks about his experience in the military.  He talks about how he struggled during his first Army physical fitness test, and how he was sent to "fat boy school" because he was not meeting the Army's fitness standards. Ultimately, he was able to improve his physical fitness and pass his PT test.When he left the military in 1997, he decided to let go of his fitness routine and never run again. However, in 2017, Lee experienced a heart episode and was advised to start exercising again. He registered for the Battleship 12K and got motivated to train again after seeing the event. He started running again and gradually increased the distance. He does not care about the time but focuses on completing the race.Lee Moons is a runner who loves to run both on the road and on the trails. He talks about his experience with different races and the challenges he faced during them.
