My name is Zala, and in this episode, I'm taking you back to a place I haven't visited in a long time: my childhood. I grew up with a father who was an alcoholic. And even though I believed for a long time that being strong meant staying silent – today I have the courage to raise my voice. At fifteen, I left my parents' home and moved to Austria on my own. Because I wanted to, and because I had to. Because my soul needed a safe place – one I was allowed to build for myself. This episode is not a look back in bitterness, but in honesty. It's a story of survival, of self-discovery – and of how a girl who had to carry too much too soon became a woman who now walks through life with open arms and an open heart. If you are searching for your voice, for healing, or simply for a real conversation – stay with me. Today is about courage. About truth. And about the wonder that we are – even if, for a long time, we couldn't believe it.
