Send us Fan MailBrian and Greg are joined by recently retired Navy Flight nurse Lt Cmdr Nikki Selby who is currently a volunteer search and rescue medic with the San Bernardino County Sheriffs Office.  Nikki talks about her experiences in the Navy going from enlisted Corpsman to commissioned officer treating wounded Marines in Afghanistan. Nikki works with the Hunter 7 Foundation which is leading the research into toxic exposures that are faced by members of the U.S. Military.
