It’s what I called “Placing a Demand on History” — doing the work with excellence no matter the outcome, which is almost always out of your control. What is within your control are the things you are directly responsible for — my process: Focus on what you can affect.Placing a demand on history means walking out your purpose, doing the work in such a manner that who you are and what you have done becomes undeniable.
