Legal Breakdown - OSHA Vaccine Mandate

With the new vaccine mandate coming out of OSHA, that's Occupational Safety and Health Administration governed by the Feds sitting under the executive that is, President Joe Biden. The vaccine mandate was challenged by all sorts of people, and they were eventually consolidated. The biggest decision or the first decision, rather, is coming out of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in federal court.
