Starring Dakota Johnson, with Sydney Sweeney, Isabella Merced, Celeste O'Connor, Tahar Rahim, and Adam Scott, the S. J. Clarkson film wove a string of bad reviews into a spindly $100 million at the box office. One reviewer called it "the death of the superhero genre, the burning of the superhero genre to the ground and then the returning in the middle of the night to piss on the superhero genre's ashes." Gee, I wonder how he really felt! But since hitting Netflix, it's been the Number One movie, so how bad can it be?
