Legislator opens up about mental health when discussing crisis line bill

Rep. Susan Duckworth asked that her fellow legislators to pass H.B. 41 for personal reasons.  The bill would ensure that someone would always answer a call to a mental health crisis line.  She says someone needs to be there for people when they are considering suicide, because she thought about it at one time.(Photo: house.utah.gov)
