Existen un sin fin de metodologías diversas para impartir formación. La noción de formación suele ser asociada a la capacitación, sobre todo a nivel profesional. La formación de una persona, por lo tanto, está vinculada a los estudios que cursó, al grado académico alcanzado y al aprendizaje que completó, ya sea a nivel formal o informal. Parte de esta educación suele ser obligatoria en muchos países y en general comprende los conocimientos necesarios para desenvolverse en la vida adulta, sea para trabajar como para afrontar la compra de una casa y el mantenimiento de la misma. Hoy os presentamos a una persona que, con una metodología distinta, ha conseguido desarrollar este campo con un prisma distinto. Isaac Abarracín realiza todo tipo de tareas vinculadas a la gestio?n de ofertas de trabajo y a la capacitacio?n de los candidatos. Entrevistas, elaboracio?n de C.V, gestio?n de ofertas, prospeccio?n para la consecucio?n de ofertas de trabajo, y capacitacio?n de los candidatos, además de acciones formativas. Imparte diferentes talleres en instituciones pu?blicas, destaca?ndose, la Fundacio?n Caja Granada donde, dentro su programacio?n cultural, lleva impartiendo formacio?n desde 2010, principalmente: “Te?cnicas para hablar en pu?blico”, “Desarrollo de habilidades para el proceso de seleccio?n” y “Habilidades Sociales” y especializado en la formación de esta metodología aplicada al tercer sector. Un sin fin de propuestas que culmina en esta nueva forma de formar a través de la metodología «Lego Serious Play», que a través de los lego de toda la vida, es capaz de extraer la información más interna de nosotros mismos. Pero sin duda la mejor forma de conocer tanto esta nueva forma de formar, como a nuestro invitado de hoy, es que nos lo cuente él mismo. Esta es la entrevista a Isaac Albarrazín.
