Leidy Maldonado (Nu Nu restaurant) - the psychology of cooking.

Leidy Maldonado trained as a psychologist in her native Colombia before moving to Australia to study English and now cookery. She works at Nu Nu restaurant in Cairns, Queensland, and recently competed in the San Pellegrino Young Chef Academy finals in Sydney.
