Leith shares what it was like having his dad as his running coach. Running has taught Leith the importance of showing up consistently and being dedicated to the sport. Leith learned to enjoy running for its own sake, rather than for the purpose of winning. Leith and MaKagan have a special connection to the Reindeer Run 5k in Satsuma, AL. Leith proposed to MaKagan there! They also run together and it's been a fun experience for them to see each other grow in their running journey. It's great that they have a shared interest and are able to enjoy running together.Leith has goals to run longer distances and just enjoys being on the pavement. Leith is now coaching at the University of Mobile and learning about running while having the cool advantage of seeing the whole perspective of running from the outside that he did not have as a collegiate athlete.
