Leitrim Councillor says October Hospital Trolley figures are alarming
A Leitrim Councillor says alarm bells are ringing for the general public if not the government over the Government over the recent number of people forced to spend time on trollies in the region's Hospitals yesterday. The INMO claimed that over 70 people were on trollies yesterday between University Hospital Sligo and Letterkenny University Hospital. Another Hospital in the Saolta Hospital group, University Hospital Galway has 52 people on trollies which resulted in it being the second most over-crowded hospital in the Country behind University Hospital Limerick which has 100 people waiting for beds.
