In a rather-unaffected voice, she told the dispatcher that her niece and adopted daughter, 3-year-old Lenoria Jones, was missing, having disappeared from a Target in the Hilltop neighborhood of Tacoma, Washington.Despite searching the surrounding area for several hours, police were unable to locate any trace of the missing girl.
