God provides a Son for Boaz and Ruth. 3. God Provides a Redeemer for Naomi . 4. God provides a King for Israel. Susan takes an honest approach  surrounding the way writers depict pregnancy and childbirth alongside personal stories and compares it to this day and age. In addition she turns her attention to the Israel's need for a redeemer  as they were in darkness up to the end of the book of Judges.
