Observing the difficulties this would have presented for a young man in a ancient elder honouring society she makes the argument that there would have been points of fail. Areas that Paul had to step into and help and this was one of them Teaching older men to be Godly examples for the younger men of which Titus was one would have had to have the backing of his spotter Paul another older man in her view.  Using notes from Tim Chesters Book Titus for You Published by the Good Book Company, she  quotes him as attesting to the fact that perhaps older men had a tendency to be grumpy and cynical and had lost the desire to serve within the church. Hence her title Grey no Grumpy! Susan ends with a prayer and a call to each ono of us to live our lives in a godly manner in order to see spiritual transformation that is real and true.
