Lenten Prayer 5: Unshakeable Hope

Faithful God, as we come to the fifth Wednesday of Lent, we set our hearts on the hope you offer us—an anchor in the storms, a light in uncertain times. Your Word tells us to hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, so today we choose to trust your promises even when we cannot see the outcome. Help us to anchor our souls in you, Lord Jesus, the Christ, drawing strength and peace from your unfailing love.When doubts rise and circumstances threaten to shake us, remind us that your plans are for our good and your faithfulness never wavers. Give us the courage to speak hope, to expect your best, and to see beyond our present challenges. Inspire us to be bold in our faith, trusting that your power is at work in ways we may not yet understand.Let our hope be contagious, uplifting those around us and pointing them to your goodness. May our faith dare to reach further, believe deeper, and stand stronger. Thank you for that. In you, hope is never wasted, and your promises never fail.
