Happy Halloween everyone! This month we delve into political assassination that happened right here in Kansas City. This episode has it all, an unsolved murder case, missing evidence, and shadowy figures calling the shots. It took 40 years to finally solve the murder of Leon Jordan, listen why. This month's cocktail: Whiskey Sour: 1. 2 oz Whiskey (preferably a good bourbon) 2. 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice 3. 1/2 oz Simple syrup (or more to taste) 4. Ice 5. Optional: Cherry and/or a slice of orange for garnish Instructions: 1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes. 2. Add whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup. 3. Shake until chilled. 4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. 5. Garnish with a cherry and/or a slice of orange.
