Alice Corbet est anthropologue au CNRS, intégrée au laboratoire LAM (Les Afriques dans le Monde). Elle travaille en/sur Haïti depuis 2010, que ce soit pour des travaux de consultation pour des ONG ou pour des recherches académiques. Elle participe actuellement au projet ANR multidisciplinaire Osmose.Ce Café recherche s’est tenu le 11 avril 2024. Il avait pour thème : Comprendre le désordre en Haïti.Haïti est entré, depuis l’assassinat de son Président en 2021, dans une spirale de violences difficile à saisir. Entre les gangs, la porosité entre le pouvoir politique, économique et les trafics de toute sorte, l’influence des pays de l’aire régionale qui y jouent des jeux géostratégiques, l’incapacité de l’ONU à y trouver une solution, la présence d’une force internationale militaire qui serait dirigée par les kenyans et un gouvernement de transition en cours de constitution, cette intervention visera à éclairer la situation actuelle.Les Cafés Recherche sont une invitation à partager ensemble une question d'actualité avec une chercheuse ou un chercheur de Sciences Po Bordeaux, autour d'un café !© Réalisation : Unendliche studioHébergé par Ausha. In the community, she serves as the Executive Director of Maristan.org, a holistic mental health nonprofit serving Muslim communities, and the Director of The Rahmah Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to educating Muslim women and girls.
