Jean-Charles Dupin nous explique quel est le rôle du Bureau des Nations Unies pour la coordination des affaires humanitaires en République démocratique du Congo (RDC) et quels sont les défis rencontrés sur le plan de la coordination humanitaire. M. Dupin a travaillé dans le développement international de 1975 à 1994, principalement en Afrique du Nord et de l'Ouest. À partir de 1994, il a &oelig;uvré dans le domaine de l'humanitaire au Cambodge, en Afrique et, depuis 2001, comme chef de sous-bureau des Nations Unies pour les affaires humanitaires en République démocratique du Congo, dans différentes régions de l'est du pays.
