L'équilibre occupationnel a ses qualités…. Et ses défauts… Notamment un aspect très binaire et normatif qui s'appuie sur notre culture notre vision très occidental du monde… mais comment cette idée se développe autrement ? Ici l'idée c'est d'abord l'équilibre ... enfin de l'harmonie, comment la perspective t la philosophie chinoise permet de porter un autre regard sur l'équilibre... enfin l'harmonie, la façon dont les différentes sphères s'harmonise pour produire un état de bien être.
