Le névrotique, le borderline et le psychotique.Les structures en détailAlors quelles sont les différences principales et les caractéristiques de chacune de ses structures ?Pour la première partie dite névrotique : il s'agit de personnes qui ont un contact adapté au contexte. Elles peuvent parfois souffrir de névroses mais tout à fait banales.L'organisation borderline est plus complexe. En effet, elle désigne des personnes qui possèdent des comportements oscillant entre pôle névrotique et pôle psychotique. Elles peuvent ressentir un fort vide intérieur.Enfin, la structure psychotique regroupent les personnes qui ont un contact dit "étrange" ou morcelé avec le monde qui les entoure.Peut-on changer de structure ?Les fondements de notre personnalité se posent dès la petite enfance. Un enfant reçoit de l'amour mais aussi des injonctions de la part de ses figures d'attachement.Selon l'affection et la présence reçues pendant ses premières années, le bambin va développer certaines névroses de façon plus ou moins forte. On sait aujourd'hui que les violences verbales, physiques, la maltraitance ou encore les absences à répétition fragilisent son équilibre sur le long terme.Généralement, les fractures psychiques apparaissent au cours de la deuxième partie de l'enfance, vers 10 ans ou à l'adolescence. C'est dans ces moments-là qu'un enfant va décompenser et s'orienter vers l'une ou l'autre des structures.Il est aussi tout à fait possible de changer de structure à l'âge adulte après un évènement hyper traumatisant.Hébergé par Ausha.
