The course teaches us that in every moment we are either choosing the mind of ego or spirit.The ego always leads to the perception of separation, differences, and conditional emotions: I’m happy because such-and-such; I’m upset due to this-and-that.The mind of spirit always leads to the experience of peace, and our response is always one of love.
