Lesson 3: They're not girls. They're women

Erica one of the few girls I managed to ask out in college and though she turned me down in glad we've remained friends. She is easily one of the smartest people I know. We met at the University of Houston and eventually. She made her lofty dreams of changing the world seem somewhat tangible and inspired me in my own artistic pursuits (although they are much less academically inclined).
