Lesson #50 - Your Support Network

from Engage, Connect, Grow · host Aaron Solly

In this episode, you will get a chance to review your current support network and any new people you would like to add to it. At times it may not feel like this; however, support is all around you. I know when I was experiencing depression, I had challenges finding it. Support can be a book, a video, a friend, a loved one, a doctor, a teacher, a therapist, a coach, a support group, and more. There are resources in your own community to help you with whatever struggle you are facing, no matter how scary it is. If that resource isn’t in your community, there are people who can help you find the help you need. Be open to support when you are struggling. Be open to support when you are feeling amazing. Support is all about staying connected to another person. Connection with ourselves is foundational; connection with others takes us to new heights and allows us to grow.
