As you go from city to city and interact with various clients from all of the industries we get to touch - you start to see patterns or themes emerge. These themes become very interesting and, in my free, time I sit in self-reflection around these ideas.

In this episode you will learn more about the themes that I've noticed through 2019. I cover:

  1. Why opinions no longer add value - expertise does
  2. The secret of "unwillingness" and why it is missed by leaders
  3. Quit asking for benefits on the promise of results. Deliver results and then benefits follow.
  4. Many are confusing MACRO challenges for what they can impact individually on the MICRO
  5. Patience in 2018 and patience in 2019

A NOTE TO YOU :)

I wanted to take a moment to thank you, the listener, for all of your incredible support and inspiration for the podcast. It has been unbelievable the amount of reachouts I have been receiving about how passionate people are about the episodes and ideas we have been putting out and I love the community we are building. This world beyond drama is always there, for all of us to access, we just have to understand our thinking.

I hope you know how grateful I am for you for tuning in to each episode. My hope is you help me keep shaping the podcast and making sure it gets better and better each episode. I can't wait for what's to come in 2020. Happy New Year and let's keep ditching the drama.
