Sophie Brigstoke has spent twenty years in the perinatal world as a Baby Massage Instructor, Doula and Breastfeeding Counsellor. She became the Owner of Nurturing Birth in 2014 providing doula training and mentoring to hundreds of doulas before hanging up her hat at the end of 2023 and moving into Transformstional Coaching, Breathwork and EMDR. Sophie’s passion is supporting people to heal from trauma, fear and codependency and to reclaim themselves and the life they deserve. She worked in the film and theatre in her twenties and still flirts around the edges of that world.
