Lessons from Leaders: Featured Guest Sam Worthington, CEO of Interaction

We have been exploring the theme of authenticity on several podcast episodes and we visit the them again on this one. Sam Worthington, the CEO of Interaction, was our guest today and we spoke a lot about values, authenticity, vulnerability and being a leader.  Sam shared about leading from a place of values and how sometimes he has had to make tough decisions based on his values.  Part of what was so intriguing to me was Sam's belief that his job as a leader is to open the space for others to lead. He did this to create space for the #MeToo movement.  In a recent, venue with NGO CEOs, Sam talked about sharing very personal experiences so as to create the space for other leaders also be vulnerable.This is a must-listen to episode with a leader who walks the talk on authenticity, values, courage and vulnerability.
