What to Expect: In this deeply personal episode, I share my journey through the loss of both of my parents -  my dad, who passed away in early 2020, and my mom, who I lost in the summer of 2024. I talk about the complexities of grief, including what it’s like to lose a parent while raising young kids, and the ways this journey has shaped my approach to motherhood and my work as a therapist.
