Lessons in Leadership and Life from John Mellor, 1972-2021

I’m not going to sugarcoat anything, I’m a bit of a mess right now. Our CEO and one of my great friends, John Mellor, died last week at the age of 49 after battling cancer.  You don’t listen to this show to hear me drone on about my life’s problems, we all have them, they are part of the human experience. But I can’t pretend this isn’t affecting me, and we are in an era of mental health awareness and transparency. So here’s the compromise, I’m going to tell the story I need to tell about Johnny, through the lens of the things he has taught me that have changed my life.
