Dale is a former military law enforcement and member of the United States Secret Service, where he served under four U.S. Presidents. He has a Master’s degree in criminal justice and currently teaches at the college and university levels. Dale has also worked directly with executives of multi-national corporations including VIPs, political figures, royalty, and celebrities. Dale holds an M.A. Degree in Criminal Justice from George Washington University and a B.A. Degree Public Administration, Sacramento State University. He currently teaches at the college and university level as an adjunct teacher at National University (Los Angeles) and El Camino College, Compton Center (Compton, CA) and National Polytechnic College (Lakeview, CA).
