It's been a while since I've addressed pmdd specifically. I'm excited to do that today and plan to do so off and on going forward. Today I share some things I wish I'd known 3 years ago--when I was early into my pmdd journey. Hopefully these will help you be able to be healthier and live a better life... especially if you have pmdd (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) or other premenstrual issues. It's been a while since I've addressed pmdd specifically. I'm excited to do that today and plan to do so off and on going forward. Today I share some things I wish I'd known 3 years ago--when I was early into my pmdd journey. Hopefully these will help you be able to be healthier and live a better life... especially if you have pmdd (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) or other premenstrual issues.
