Good morning everyone. After a long time I'm recording an episode, which is not a pass-through so here is the topic. The topic is lessons learned from writing for the short form. The short form is a sub-publication of medium.com.
You can please check it out. We have to write an article under 150 words. So there you go. So what are the lessons I learned?
The sub-topic is time and attention matters. As I create my fourth article for the short form publications, here is what I learned from the two published articles and one under review. What did I learn? It takes more time and more attention to complete a 150 words article than the one requiring no word limits.
It's fun to watch my roller coaster response when the word count is over 50. I'm getting better at consciously thinking and replacing a phrase with one word. I would never have done that had not written for short form. I'm becoming courageous facing roadblocks and creating momentum.
As I become conscious of keeping my words within the limit, I see myself bringing this habit to other domains like spending money or keeping away from unwanted conversations. Thank you so much and I have given the link to my another article. Courage to start something new. You can check that out and the blurb final please subscribe and support and I've given the link to my medium article subscription link.
You can go and subscribe and get me to some email all my articles and also I've given the link to my podcast just like how you're listening to this episode. You can listen to other episodes. Okay, with that said, you have a fantastic day. Thank you so much.
Bye bye.
