I remember vividly the day that I made the decision to become a podcaster. It was the day that I was casually talking with Cliff Ravenscraft at a conference and he pushed me over the edge(in a good way).

He motivated me to take the plunge and do it. Was it easy peasy? I'd have to say... no.
