Lessons learnt - Burning the candle till it blows out

"You really can't plan, organise, be efficient, or effective when you are coming from a place of chaos." Recently traveling over the Christmas period I learnt a thing or two and I am the first to admit my own faults. (I too am no stranger to overwhelm, taking on too much, not saying NO often enough, valuing myself and not taking a break)  I decided only a few months out of the festive season that I needed an 'escape' and to do something different.
