Lessons on Longevity from a Centenarian: Staying Engaged in Life

Do you ever wonder what keeps some people going strong into their golden years? I've learned a lot living with my father for the past 6 & 1/2 years. He'll be 101 years old this month. In his honor, and in keeping with our Prayers for Planetary Peace & Sustainability, throughout this month I'll be incorporating lessons I've learned from him on staying healthy, happy, sustainably, and radiating positivity into the world around us.
