Marli is a pediatric sleep consultant, mom of three, and owner of The Cradle Coach and The Cradle Coach Academy. After a 13-year career in corporate Human Resources and retail leadership, she realized that there had to be more to life than hustling from promotion to promotion and living to work vs. working to live.
