Liz is a hypnobirthing instructor of over a decade, hypnobirthing trainer, hypnotherapist, a Mindset Coach, author, business coach and mentor and owner of The Calm Birth School. After training to teach hypnobirthing she embarked on building a business with absolutely no background knowledge or training in running one! Now she owns The Calm Birth School, a global brand, training others to teach Hypnobirthing and create their own businesses and is co-founder of The Birth & Baby Business Academy. Liz lives in Solihull in the UK, with her husband and 3 children. She loves spending time with her wider family, playing netball and walking in nature!
