Sarah is a mindful breastfeeding practitioner and infant feeding coach. At green moon community she offers infant feeding support 121 and in groups, delivers outdoor mindfulness groups for parents and babies, maternal journal & starting solids groups, as well as monthly free spaces for parents to get support and have social time with a view to building communities.
