Let Divine Love Flow Through You
from Choose Happy with Swami Nityananda Hosted by Awake Yoga Meditation
Dear Choose Happy Community, Sometimes, a few kind words can change how someone sees themselves. When we’re feeling discouraged or disconnected from our own worth, a simple expression of kindness can remind us of the beauty we may have forgotten was there all along. This teaching invites us not to hold back the kindness that comes naturally through us. Whether it’s offering encouragement to someone else or taking a moment to reconnect with our own inner light, these small choices can create meaningful transformation. You never know how much a few sincere words might help someone remember who they truly are. Here’s one of our favorite quotes from the video: “The mom says, ‘Honey, what did you say to that girl?’ And the five-year-old says, ‘I just said, ‘You are the most beautiful person I have seen, and I want to be exactly like you when I grow up.’ And that word of kindness changed everything for the high school girl. Nothing outwardly changed. It was just a reconnection to the beauty of her being that was already present within her, and the high school girl was just sharing what was natural and innocent and spontaneous to share through her. “And that’s another moment where there’s, like, this visible change, this visible transformation. And so, don’t hold back kindness. Don’t edit yourself out of allowing the Divine to express through you. And the Divine is constantly expressing in the ways that are-- llke, that’s just natural; It’s innocent. It’s so pure and so beautiful, and that was what we’re calling healing consciousness. '“It’s just helping everyone remember the truth. So if someone is slumped down and feeling despondent, just to remember, and if you are feeling slumped down and despondent, be honest with yourself. But then be open to sitting up straight. And actually, even, like, when we meditate and we have the spine erect, that helps us reconnect with the energy of light. “It helps us reconnect with the energy of divine love and wisdom and that energy that helps us to choose highest good and to be here to be an instrument of highest good.” We also shared this video on YouTube, but wanted you to be able to have it on your Substack video player as well, in case you prefer that.
